Technician.  A United States Air Force veteran with 30+ years' experience in electrical power specializing in back up power systems in all aspects of UPS services including startup verification, preventative maintenance and repairs.

Service Manager with 15+ years' experience with service coordination, contracts and project management.  Background includes back up power systems, as well as generators.

Factory trained technician with 5 years' experience in back up power systems, including battery replacements and testing.
